They know they can get away with it and that no one is going to lift a finger to do anything about it. Last year some student accommodations were giving quarantining students expired food that was months out of date despite charging them extortionate catering fees and nothing ever came from it except similar articles to this one.
They didn't even try and say they were going to do anything to fix the situation in this article because they know with 100% certainty they aren't going to be made to do so. I am sure the banks transfers have already cleared so what recourse do the students really have? |
