Said I didnt want SSRI’s, Antipsychotics both of which they recommended (past bad experiencd with SSRI’s and fear of tardive dyskinesia), said CBT didn’t work for me but I’m open to retrying it. Ideal outcome would be a diagnosis by the psychiatrist and go from there.
