| Comment | Hi! I’m really sorry to hear that’s been your experience, I know myself that when it comes to care sometimes it is luck of the draw if you get good service or not.
Ideally I’d like to talk to the neighbours above them as I imagine they’ll hear the same noises I do, the neighbours on the other side of the close don’t hear anything.
I definitely need to talk to the family more and get more of an understanding about what’s happening. As I’ve said in some other comments I don’t want to door step them so hoping to catch them in the close one day and hopefully gently express my concerns. They seem like nice people just trying to do what’s right and maybe they don’t quite know what is right in this situation, which would be totally understandable!
