| Comment | If I had dictatorial powers, a tunnel from approximately J22 to J14. You'd have to go under the Clyde and the railways so with 6 lanes the price would probably be into 10 figures: not impossible for the Scottish Government, but unlikely.
Maybe keep the existing bit of city centre motorway, but try to turn it into a "normal" road and reclaim some of the adjacent land; selling it might recoup a small proportion of the cost. |
