Yeah I've tried online therapy and cbt myself the problem like most people when Im doing something like this myself I don't put aside the correct amount or quality time for it to actually have any affect. I reckon doing some 1-2-1 counselling then once I get some determination I can maybe carry on the best practices myself. But I'm all about sitting on my fat arse watching netflix when I should be productive. Just means if I get my arse out the house too that's another tick in the box. |
