Lenders will approve a mortgage for £125,000 for that salary. I challenge you to find a new build for that price because other than new builds and fixed price sales, any decent homes in Glasgow sell for around 20% over the home report. That's money that the lender will not provide so will be eating into your deposit if you are lucky enough to have a good deposit saved.
