Given that Sapporo is cheaper, probably better known here and actually pretty nice, I give Benihana a couple of years before it's shut.
Then again, I keep thinking that one of these days Best Kebab will just disappear overnight, leaving only the stench of disappointment and stale pittas in its wake. Assume Benihana will outlast us all.
