| Comment | Are GCC's problems caused by systemic failures, or simply insufficient funds to provide the services? (i e. Having to provide for the suburbs but not getting their CT.)
Something has to give and I have a feeling it is going to be a **massive** hike in CT. Arguably over due but if that doesn't fix things, the public should go on a CT strike.
I also want GCC to stop spunking money on part-baked plans that never work or vanity projects. They need to knuckle down and repeat the mantra; basics, basics, basics. |
