I've spent enough years in employment, across a number of fields, to know that sometimes management are to blame, sometimes workers are to blame. In my estimation, somewhere around a 50/50 split.

£25k +OT is not a bad income for a low-skilled job, so calling a strike at a time when the eye of the world is on Glasgow, seems to be nothing other than cynical opportunism.
