I live in a block with around 120 flats, our bin collection was missed by 10 days this past month. The amount of rubbish that was piling up in the bin store are was unreal, you couldn’t even see the bins anymore when you opened the door, there was so much rubbish piled up. I can’t imagine what the city would look like if all the bins weren’t emptied for 12 days.

These bin men literally work with shit all year round and are desperately required to maintain health standards for everyone. They should be treated and paid accordingly.
