| Comment | I suppose it depends on a lot of factors, but the only problem I had with them was when they increased my bills without adequate explanation, hence my move to Ovo. However, Ovo were much, much worse. Not only did they increase bills willy nilly, without word, but when I complained they offered many different explanations, none of which turned out to be true, said it was wrong and that they'd fix it, which never happened. A year of that is enough to drive you crazy. |
