| Comment | Note that this means the bedroom is in a non-standard place (i.e. it probably used to be where the kitchen is) which means that the people above/below don't have their bedrooms in the same place which can be an absolute nightmare for sound if your bedroom is under someone's living room, for example. This is also the reason to beware of 1-bed->2-bed conversions. |
