Yeah, I donate every 3 or 4 weeks rather than 12 weeks. Been doing this for over a decade at this point (which is scary amount of time when I think about it!). I'm on the couch for between 60-90 mins, depending on how a couple of factors, like donation size (there are several) or coagulation.
