I'm with First Direct. Pre Covid, they were brilliant and would normally answer the call immediately. Nowadays though, I have had problems getting in touch with them.
The last time I contacted them by phone was to finalise a credit card application. I was held in a queue for 20 minutes before giving up and getting a credit card somewhere else.
