The 10/11 year olds around me are constantly threatening anyone who they take a dislike to. Setting bins on fire. Trying to smash windows etc. Often on their own doorstep and they parents turn a blind eye to it (but first to say bullying isn't acceptable). It's sickening watch it happening and knowing what's ahead for them.
