Last time I ordered a KFC it was estimated for like half an hour, then said it was 50 minutes after it had been picked up. 50 minutes go by and it switches back to "your order is being prepared" and it adds another hour to the estimate. Ended up with a cold meal that I was too pissed off to enjoy even after heating it up again in the microwave.
