we recently left slatterhogg and countrywide and both seem to share the same tactics when it comes to deposits.. they have 30 working days to release the deposit and use every last day of it.. then challenge to keep the entire thing on made up grounds. log into mydepositscotland and check the status of your deposit.. Be ready with photographic evidence and what not to challenge them.. Maybe contact living rent or shelter with how best to frame your dispute and best of luck!!
