I requested a bulk uplift recently and South Lanarkshire Council offered me a choice of three dates. The earliest was the coming Thursday, less than a weeks wait.
I've been on this sub for over a year now and the refuse & bulk uplift 'service' from GCC seems absolutely terrible.
