Is it really though? With the number of schemes there are in Glasgow (and all the nooks and crannies that come along with them) I’d argue that dividing resources across such a wide area wouldn’t have the effect you’re hoping for.

 

Not that I’m all for letting them run wild in the city centre, but your proposal is quite simply unfeasible. Your response to a social problem that affects a small subset of under 18’s is to punitively ban ALL under 18’s unless they’re accompanied by an adult. What about the 16/17 year olds who have part time jobs in the shops in the city centre that have to transit? Or the 16/17 year olds attending City of Glasgow College and have to transit through the city? Or those that are 17 that attend Strathclyde and Caley Uni and have to transit through the city?

Your proposal is disproportionate, draconian, nanny state, curtain twitching pish.
