I'm really sorry to have to say this but it might be worth moving flat after reporting the guy to have more peace of mind. I had a situation with a male boss at a summer cleaning job following people back to their flats and showing up on days off - I'm a young female student as well, so I didn't want to take my chances with a direct confrontation. The good news is that a big company like royal mail will be very likely to take action against a dodgy employee. The bad news is that he won't suddenly forget where you live - hopefully he's only doing this as an opportunistic thing and won't bother if he's on another route, but the safest option is to move if possible imo.

It shouldn't have to be our responsibility to move home when we've done nothing wrong, but it's better being cautious when someone's being an absolute creep. Sorry to hear you're having to deal with this, hope there are less stressful times ahead soon.
