| Comment | I had a postman who was an alcoholic when I lived in Cessnock. The guy was pinching mail, I'm fairly sure. I ordered three bank cards in a month, none of them came. They were just replacement cards with the same PIN, so they'd have been useless to him. I then complained about it to the royal mail, and I had a letter posted through my door on a Sunday morning. I heard him post it then run down the stairs (I was at the top of the close).
The complaint didn't seem to do very much apart from get me that random, Sunday delivery, which was weird, but it also wasn't quite the same level of harassment you've described, so it's probably worth a shot. |
