Keep a log of every incident with the date, time and what happened. Send it over to the post office as evidence and I'd even ask them to put him on a different route, if they don't suspend/fire him.
You shouldn't have to do any of this but if you want a few days of peace stick a note on your door saying that you are isolating due to having covid or that you are studying and have noise cancelling headphones on, so do not disturb. Still report him and if he insists on knocking even after your note on the door asking him not to, then this is more evidence.
I'd be tempted to think about getting the police involved or at least notifying them about his behaviour. |
