My blame wasn't on delivery drivers. Or even the kitchen staff. More that mcdonalds are overworking each shop and making drivers & customers wait too long for cold incomplete meals. Dining in should be dining in and they should have ghost kitchens like lots of other take aways do to service the delivery trade to make everything more efficient.
