My friend experienced this in Paris with some guys who hang around landmarks. They offer to shake your hand then slap some cheap shite friendship bracelet on your arm then try to charge you 40 euros for it. They're open intimidating guys as well. Luckily it happened to him before I visited so I didn't even extend my arm when they approached. |
