| Comment | There's a special arrangement between the uni and the council. The council is investing in surrounding roads to improve the area but uni in return takes responsibility for certain roads. University Avenue is one of these IIRC.
What I do know is that cycling infra was a requirement for the council, Byers Rd especially. It would be a shame if the Uni didn't meet the requirement on their side of the deal too. |
