One person, I worked for in the past, joined independently. Others have ended up there after the company they worked for were ‘acquired’ by Kura. Either buying out the company or the contract and TUPEing in the staff that we’re on contract.
I’ve heard Team Leader and upwards is ok but lowest rung of the ladder, at the sharp end, is not so good. I say this as a former TL in the Glasgow contact centre community. |
