| Comment | To be honest, my biggest worry with COP26 is that it is being organised by the UN, then the UK government, then the Scottish government, then Glasgow City Council - four institutions which between them would struggle to organise a piss-up in a brewery. I dread the whole thing going disastrously wrong, and having to endure sneering commentary about our city from *New York Times* trust fund scum. |
