lots of cats roam free during the day. mine only comes home when she wants food or if it's raining. i don't think this cat is 'lost'
although that flea collar gives me the fear, cheap flea collars can often cause chemical burns on the cat's neck and the lack of a quick-release buckle means if the collar gets snagged on something the cat's as good as dead...
