I'm sure we're only in accidental disagreement here. I just couldn't fathom why this had annoyed you so. I see this kind of thing as having a dual purpose: a) to remind government that people want bikes and therefore safe cycling infrastructure and b) to give cheer to those already supportive of bikes and keep the energy up (see also demos).
At the end of the day, it was only a projection. It was simple to do and didn't detract from other activism. More to be done? Absolutely. |
