Avoid Purple Bricks. I know from having spoken to people who were looking to buy our flat they avoid them. I’ve heard solicitors hate dealing with them too.
We went with Rettie and on day 1 of being listed I think we had 15-20 viewings booked. Their fee structure was reasonable and the service provided to us we thought was excellent.
Our flat was Shawlands and went over 10% above home report. We chose them because they gave the highest valuation. I have no doubt Clyde would’ve got 10% over as well but as their valuation was lower that would’ve resulted in a lower selling price. |
