| Comment | Coatbridge is easily the best connected town in the west for trains. Six train stations (seven if you count Bargeddie as Coatbridge). One line goes through central, the other goes through Queen street. Both lines tend to go to Milngavie and Balloch. Frequent services to Edinburgh as well trains to Hamilton, Motherwell and Cumbernauld.
If there’s a better connected town in scotland, I’ve yet to find it. |
