| Comment | Duly noted. The majority of Glasgow is still a shithole. The only area showing significant improvement over the past decade has been the westend. The southside is decent and calmed down as Asians just generally keep themselves occupied with making money and don’t bother anyone. The east end has its parts of gentrification. The further you go out to the likes of Clydebank, drumchapel, knightswood, carntyne it just gets worse. The rest is just a shithole. I travel everywhere for my work around Glasgow and there hasn’t been that much progress. People’s mentalities seem stuck in the 90s. It needs a good cleansing. Drug deaths are sky high, gang violence has made its way back into society. The streets are a mess. Drug dealing is rife and there isn’t enough money to tackle these problems. I don’t know where the fuck my tax is going. We need longer prison sentences, a reformed benefits system and industry. What we don’t need is auntie sturgeons independence which won’t solve a thing. |
