| Comment | Hard to say. I didn't want to go into detail about why the heating is off as the situation is actually much more complex than just 'Get your boiler fixed.' as folk are suggesting. It involves various council depts passing the buck about who's responsibility it is, and conflicting messages about whether I am liable to p ay several hundred quid for a gas-meter I've never used! So I really don't know - but I do know the nearest gym is miles away and it's £1.70 to go 5 stops on a bastard FirstBus. So I guess I'll just keep bugging my friends or boiling kettles! |
