Not sure about that, of course you're more likely to be attacked if you live in that environment in the first place but there's plenty of examples of people in the wrong place at the wrong time.
There was one in the new just last week or so, wee guy just walking home from work. Dalry I think, so not Glasgow but still. It happens.
