Comment	I dont think tax increase would help. The mentality of people is the problem. UK pub culture and bad weather is not helping. Promoting healthy life style and anti-drinking campaign would help. Most people don't realize how much damage alcohol causes. But agree, level of degradation among young people in the UK on weekends is depressing.
