If GCC want to make any impact, people need to have an affordable and reliable public transport system. FirstBus isn't it.
Anyhoo, I thought the entire point of free Sunday parking was to encourage folks into town to support commerce? Have a few brown envelopes passed under the table from the out-of-town centres I wonder? |
