Comment	Once they sent two letters to me. One addressed at flat 3/1, other one addressed at flat 2/1. I never got the other one until they started to chase me for not paying my tax, when someone new moved in and knew me and passed those letters to me. I tried to sort it out, but they said it's not my account, as my account is the one in 3/1 and I can't do nothing. Still the letters were coming, for a while I wanted just to ignore it,as I paid all my taxes for 3/1 where I live, but I had those bailiffs at my doors, apparently for them the fact that 2/1 is not the same as 3/1 does not matter, as every other data given to them was right. It took ages to alert it out and finally GCC sorted it by merging my two accounts... So my debt for 2/1 was now added to my 3/1 account. And that where craziness occured. I was getting dozens of letters. One week I received three in the row saying I owe them 40, 140 and 1700 pounds respectively... Utter chaos. It lasted over 18 months to sort it out, even the bailiffs saw its wrong andwere doing everything to help me out by postponing the court orders and giving me some phone numbers to call that ordinary human being would not be able to obtain. All useless, until I rantwd on Reddit about it and someone who works in IT at GCC contacted me with the name and email and told me to write to this one particular person who was able to sort it out.
