| Comment | Your complaint is with the letting agency. As a tenant you have no relationship with the factor and nor should you. Keep chasing the letting agency / landlord to resolve this and don't allow them to redirect you to the factor as that has nothing to do with you. You pay rent to live in a secure home, it is the landlord's responsibility to ensure the property allows for that, not the factor's. Seek advice from an organisation like Shelter or your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau if you aren't getting anywhere. |
