| Comment | Yeah, I guess its difficult for BTP to manage its officers in the same way a normal police force could due to the massive geography it covers relative to its size, and the impossible commutes it would create for its officers if it suddenly told them they were being redeployed to Glasgow. It's funded at least partially by the railway companies and I'm not sure if there are agreements about keeping it at a certain number of officers to save costs etc. Who knows. |
