How many people actually live their lives according to the effect their actions will have on other people outside their immediate peers?

Most people are well aware of how their actions could at very least inconvenience or possibly harm other people they'll never have to deal with, they just don't give a shit. At 14 you might be more impulsive, but the 'intent' is the same a 14 or 40. The stabby cunts I knew at 14 were still stabbing people when they were 19. A few years in the jail can stop some from following through with violence, but it doesn't stop them *wanting* to hurt people.
