Most people are well aware of how their actions could at very least inconvenience or possibly harm other people they'll never have to deal with, they just don't give a shit. At 14 you might be more impulsive, but the 'intent' is the same a 14 or 40. The stabby cunts I knew at 14 were still stabbing people when they were 19. A few years in the jail can stop some from following through with violence, but it doesn't stop them *wanting* to hurt people. |
