| Comment | I can't speak for Glasgow City Council, but I've worked on systems that generate letters for other Scottish councils. You typically get your bill at the end of March. If you don't make any payments you'll get a reminder (with 14 days to pay), then a final reminder (with 7 days) to pay, before it then moves to a summary warrant letter and at that point sheriff officers will get involved.
I'd be asking for copies of those first four letters that they have sent you. |
