Just to jump in on that first point, I made the mistake after lockdown of going straight back into the gym at the weights I was using previously and ended up with muscles so sore the next couple of days that I couldn't go back and it sapped my motivation. Better to go light, go often, and work your way up than going to hard, hurting yourself and not going back.
