Comment	Sorry man but that's just not true. The average house price in Scotland was 150k in June 2019, today it's over 180k. You can look at the land registration data yourself here : https://www.gov.uk/housing-local-and-community/land-registration-data If you think a 1 bedroom flat going for over 7 times the average salary isn't overpriced then I really, really don't know what to tell you.
