The most important thing for me though, is that whatever happens to the building, the current owners don't profit 1 goddamn penny off of their scrounging. Unless they pay to fix their building they can go hand. Let 'em pay to demolish it then CPO the land and build something useful there instead of whatever luxury flats the current owners want. |
