I don't understand your point at all, and I don't mean that disrespectfully, I mean I genuinely don't understand.

I am referring to homes being undervalued in that they are selling for less than they are worth. There are homes in Scotland that sell for less than their cost to build. I believe properties outside of Glasgow and Edinburgh are undervalued as the market still hasn't properly adjusted to COVID. Prices in city centres are too high and prices outside too low because people are still tying themselves to where they work.
