Totally agree. Something tells me his upbringing wasn't 'tough' but moreso he had no discipline and his parents were incredibly lazy at actual parenting. Most likely the type to quickly blame everyone but themselves.
I mean, the guy was running around with his friends just days after being bailed out for injuring another teen with a knife?! My ass would have been sat at home under strict supervision.
