Education is free for Scottish people! No matter if he went to uni or college or whatever. They are literally handed these opportunities, they just need to apply themselves!
I sit here, as an American who has now lived here going on four years, just completely baffled at this thought. There are so many opportunities handed to the people of Scotland, but the finger pointing at the government still rages on. This kid, and his family, had so many ways to break the cycle of being absolute cunts, but chose to live a life of shitty behaviour. |
