Spent a good chunk of 2020 looking for places in the southside. As mentioned some went for silly money, like £30-40k over home report and mortgages were only doing like 80-90% so you needed a fuck ton of cash.
Somehow we managed to find a place and get it under home report just before Christmas so it is possible to find a place.
