| Comment | Yeh it's ridiculous! Took me 3 months (and the place I got isn't great). Had to take a very aggressive approach because just being 'on it' wasn't enough. Setting up email alerts on several websites was useful - then the email alerts came through as notifications on my phone. I had my phone propped up next to me while I worked so I checked the new notification immediately and phone up immediately. Places are being booked up in minutes. I spoke to a couple of lettings agents who have said how wild it is from their side too, the number of people who are phoning up. You have to know your selling points too to be persuasive. Tbh, I think I only got this place cus I viewed remotely - I think anyone who viewed in person would have taken one look at the close and not submitted a note of interest. |
