Comment	Yeah at my work there are a set amount per year, like annual leave. I used to work at NIH, which is basically US government health research. At Christmas an email came around 'Hi, I've used up all my sick leave with ongoing chemo. If anyone has any leave to donate, I would appreciate it'.
